Step 2: Post a Job Listing

Once you’ve created an account, you can post a job listing on Hiringbook. This listing will include all the necessary details about the position you’re hiring for, such as job duties, qualifications, and salary.

Step 3: Receive Applications

As soon as you post a job listing, candidates will be able to apply for the position through Hiringbook.  Or even better! Contact you directly by phone. You’ll be notified every time a new application is received, and you can review each application within the platform.

Step 4: Review Applications

Once you receive applications, you can review them quickly and easily on Hiringbook. You can view resumes, cover letters, and other application materials, and you can even create custom screening questions to help you narrow down the field of candidates.

Step 5: Schedule Interviews

After reviewing applications, you can schedule interviews with the candidates you’re interested in. Hiringbook makes it easy to schedule interviews and manage your calendar, so you don’t have to worry about scheduling conflicts.

Step 6: Make an Offer
