- We require the following qualifications:
Right to work in the UK (already granted or appropriate citizenship) or EU citizenship
Excellent communication skills in English
At least 5 years’ experience in python development
Experience in using good code principles and methodologies (modularity, reducing coupling and maximizing cohesion, TDD, sprints, PRs,…)
Git expertise
Responsibilities:
- As a Middle/Senior Python Developer, you will participate in the design and development of the python optimization engine of an application for the optimization of new buildings or retrofitting works. In particular, the objective of this engine is to select the most appropriate set of insulation materials, their combination, and their placement, to maximise the energy efficiency, and minimize greenhouse gas emissions of the building throughout its life cycle to make its Zero Energy Building more easily achievable, considering specific building characteristics and its environment, at an optimal cost level.
